Database Setup Required
The PHP application is running. MySQL needs the one-time project database setup before the dashboard can load.
Run this in WSL
Open WSL in this project folder and run:
bash scripts/setup_database.shThe script creates the `project_mgmt` database, `pm_user` application user, tables, and sample project records.
Current connection message: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'pm_user'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
